Jon Rancie, Andrew Rancie and Murray McLean are Australian Financial Services (AFS) financial planning specialists. Jon has 7 years experience, Andrew has 11 years experience and Murray has 20 years experience in financial services.

Before you get our advice

Q:   Who is my Accredited Adviser/Authorised Representative?

A:   This will be either, Jon Rancie, Andrew Rancie or Murray McLean.

After you get our advice

Q:   What if I have a complaint about the advice I have received?

A:   If you have any complaint about the advice provided to you, you should take the following steps.

  1. Contact RancieMcLean Financial Planning and tell your adviser about your complaint.
     
  2. If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within seven days, contact the Professional Standards Manager of Australian Financial Services in writing and send it to Level 15, 520 Collins Street, Melbourne Vic 3000. AFS will try and resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.
  3. If you still do not get a satisfactory outcome, then you should direct your complaint to the Financial Industry Complaints Service at Level 18, 31 Queen Street, Melbourne Vic 3000. Their freecall number is 1800 335 405.
